All you need is a fun name like “Concrete Sneakerz “ and ten or more friends to form a team. You can even form a work team or a team honoring someone special.
If you’ve already formed a team in the past…
Members of your team can register online and select your team when they complete online registration here. (When team members add a registration to their carts, a registration form will pop up and, if they’re registering with your team, they can select your team from the “Team Name” drop-down.)
Or, instead of having your team members register online, you can post this team form at your organization or workplace. Then, transfer all team data to this Excel team spreadsheet and email it to us by Thursday, August 31, 2023, to enter the race and have your team name printed on the back of your shirts.
If you’re forming a new team…
Please complete the “New Team Form” below.
Then, you will receive an email from us (usually within 2 business days) confirming that your team has been added to the online registration form.
After receiving confirmation from us, share the online registration link with your team members and encourage them to register ASAP!
