Who We've Touched

Since the inception of the Mary Grace Memorial Foundation (MGMF) in 2005, we have helped more than 500 families suffering in the devastating wake of their cancer diagnoses. Our goal is to alleviate the financial burden placed on cancer patients so they can focus on battling the disease. To date, the MGMF has made grants totaling more than $500,000 - that's more than half-a-million dollars that have gone directly to those stricken with cancer.

Grants come in many forms of financial assistance. We help pay for basic necessities, such as mortgage and rent payments, car payments, and gas and grocery expenses. We also do our bast to address special requests — we found someone to donate tires to a gentleman so he could safely drive his wife to chemotherapy treatments.

In addition to our grant-giving activities, we hope to raise awareness of all forms of cancer; become a beneficial resource for our community; and connect those who need help with resources that may lift some of the weight caused by their cancer diagnosis.

The following are just a few stories about how the MGMF has touched the lives of others thanks to people like you who have so generously donated to our cause.

Dee's Story: "It's really amazing what one organization can do to help someone."
