UPPER 90 Futbol Club Went Pink for Our Cause

print
The UPPER 90 Fotbol Club is a local athletic organization that trains and develops soccer players from youth to high-school ages. The goal of the organization is to provide each player with an environment that will allow them to grow and develop technical skills and character - both on and off the field.

During the month of October, the UPPER 90 FC went "pink" to support breast cancer awareness. The soccer teams purchased pink socks and wore them to games and tournaments. Also, families purchased t-shirts and new jerseys. This year, the club raised more than $1,800 and donated it to the Mary Grace Memorial Foundation.

We can't thank the players, coaches, and families enough for their generous support and giving. It's organizations and efforts just like this that make the MGMF what it is, and allow us to support those contending with cancer in their lives. The UPPER 90 FC are champions in every way to us!!
